KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The third installment of the 2011 NAIA National Men's Soccer Players of the Week were announced on Tuesday by the national office: Lebogang Moloto of Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) was named NAIA Offensive Player of the Week and Cody Poteat of Hastings (Neb.) was named NAIA Defensive Player of the Week. They were selected based on their performances from Sept. 12 - 18 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/independent/unaffiliated groupings.

Moloto, a 5-11 junior forward from Polokwane, South Africa, tallied eight points during a 2-0 week for the Blue Raiders. In the 6-0 victory over St. Catharine (Ky.) on Sept. 13, he posted three assists. He finished the week with a pair of goals and an assist in a 3-0 win over No. 25 Auburn Montgomery (Ala.). He ranks third in the NAIA in assists per match (1.00) and 31st in points per match (2.500).

Poteat, a 6-0 senior goalkeeper from Lincoln, Neb., held two top-10 opponents to one goal as the top-ranked Broncos went 2-0 on the week. In the 1-0 shutout of No. 8 Kansas Wesleyan on Sept. 13, Poteat stopped three shots in 90 minutes of action. Then, he went 90 minutes and posted one save in the 2-1 triumph over No. 9 Grand View (Iowa) on Sept. 17. He has played a big role in helping Hastings win an NAIA-record 32-straight matches.
