KANSAS CITY, Mo. -  Jakeem Amuda of Columbia (S.C.) has been named the NAIA Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Santiago Nebot Oliver from Keiser (Fla.) has been named the NAIA Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.  The duo was selected based on their performances from August 21-27 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unafilliated group nominees. 

Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular-season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

NAIA Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week

Jakeem Amuda, Columbia (S.C.) - JR - Midfielder

• Recorded six goals and 12 total points against Benedict and Toccoa Falls.
• Netted a hat trick in both of the Koalas' matches.
• Tallied the game winning goal in both contests.

NAIA Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week

Santiago Nebot Oliver, Keiser (Fla.) - SO - Goalkeeper

• Opened the year with a 1-1 record in the Mobile Tournament.
• Shut out No. 2-ranked Mobile (Ala.) with seven saves, his sixth career shutout.
• Collected five saves in a 1-0 loss to No. 23 Life (Ga.) with the lone goal being scored on a PK attempt.
