KANSAS CITY, Mo. -Isaiah Aleksenko of Keiser (Fla.) earned NAIA Men’s Swimming & Diving honors following a standout performance at the Zippy Invitational in Akron, Ohio, where he set two school records and three NAIA records, including two individual marks and one relay.

The sophomore delivered an impressive showing for the No. 1 Seahawks, posting eight first-place finishes over the course of the meet. During the morning prelims of the 200-yard backstroke, he clocked a 1:45.17 to place second and establish a new Keiser school record, then followed with a first-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly at 1:45.36.

He capped the meet as part of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay, teaming with Dawid Malik, Noel De Geus, and Jet Fuhrmann to post a time of 2:55.53. Following the meet, Aleksenko ranks as the fastest swimmer in the NAIA in four individual events and is a member of all five relay teams that hold the top times in the NAIA, all of which were set at the Zippy Invitational.
