2018 NAIA Men's Tennis National Player of the Week - No. 5 (April 18)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Denis Porcic of Lindsey Wilson (Ky.), for the second time in three weeks, has been named the NAIA National Men's Tennis Player of the Week, the national office announced Wednesday. Porcic was selected based on his performances from April 11 – April 17 and was chosen out of a pool of conference, Association of Independent Institutions and unaffiliated group winners.

Sr., Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina

• Porcic played in eight total matches and did not drop a set and helped lead Lindsey Wilson to a perfect 4-0 week to stay perfect on the season at 12-0.
• Denis notched singles and doubles wins at the No. 1 spot against two Top-10 ranked opponents, then-No. 7 Cumberland (Tenn.) and then-No 9 Campbellsville (Ky.).
• Porcic helped lead the Blue Raiders to capture the Mid-South Conference Regular Season title as he improved to 11-1 on the season in both singles and doubles.
