Student-athletes were nominated for their performances and were selected out of a pool of conference and independent institutions award winners.

Week 1 (March 15, 2022)

Golfer of the Week: Michela Tjan, Keiser (Fla.)

Tjan captured her third tournament title of the season with a seven-over performance at the Saddlebrook Spring Kickoff. She led the field at six-under on par 5's, converted 33 par putts and tallied seven birdies, and made an eagle on hole six in round one. For her career, Tjan has now registered nine tournament wins.

Golfer of the Week: University of the Southwest Team

In memoriam of the tragedy that occurred last week, the NAIA and its member institutions recognize the Women's Golf team of the University of the Southwest. In addition to the loss of head coach Tyler James, Karisa Raines and Laci Stone perished.

Golfer of the Week: Sydney Hermann, Dalton State (Ga.)

Hermann finished first at the Wolf Pack Spring Invitational in a field of 50 total golfers. She had round scores of 76, 73, and 79 for a total of 14-over.

Golfer of the Week: Maddi Kamas, Oklahoma City

Kamas was the victor of the Kyle Blaser Invitational against a field of 56. She shot 1-under for the tournament with round scores of 70, 71, and 74.

Week 5 (April 13, 2022)

Golfer of the Week: Boo Newsome, Pikeville (Ky.)

Newsome picked up her second win in a row last week at the Midway Eagle Invitational hosted by Midway University. She shot 75 on day one and was tied for third place. On day two, she shot an even par 72 to win by two strokes and earn her fourth win of the season and 16th of her career. Her score of 147 is good for fourth in program history in a 36-hole tournament. She carded six birdies during the tournament.

Golfer of the Week: MinJi Kang, Truett McConnell (Ga.)

Kang was the winner of Roadrunner Invitational, which was her sixth consecutive tournament victory. She was a total of 16-under par with round scores of 68, 65, and 67.

Week 7 (April 27, 2022)

Golfer of the Week: Kiana Krahulik, Olivet Nazarene (Ill.)

Kiana Krahulik won the individual title at the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships. The Tiger senior also was a part of the team who won their fourth-straight conference title. She finished with a 153 (+13) and posted season-highs in both rounds.

Week 8 (May 4, 2022)

Golfer of the Week: Maddi Kamas, Oklahoma City

Maddi Kamas became Sooner Athletic Conference individual champion by turning in the lone under-par three-round score of the tournament (71-73-71-215). Kamas sank seven birdies in 54 holes, knocking in two birdies and one bogey during the last round while collecting her third win of the season.
