2025 NAIA Women’s Lacrosse Coaches’ Top 10 Poll - Preseason (January 22)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After securing the program's first-ever Red Banner in 2024, the Eagles of Reinhardt (Ga.) open a new season on top of the NAIA Women's Lacrosse Coaches' Top 10 Preseason Poll, receiving six first-place votes. The 2024 runner-up Lawrence Tech (Mich.) sits in second, and Cumberlands (Ky.) rounds out the top three receiving the final first-place vote.
Poll Methodology:
- The poll is for publicity purposes only and has no weight or bearing in the selection process for national championship field consideration.
- A panel of head coaches representing each conference and Continental Athletic Conference (Independents) voted on the poll.
- The Top 10 is determined by a points system based on how each voter votes the best teams. A team receives 15 points for each first-place vote, 14 for second-place, 13 for third-place and so on through the list.
- The highest and lowest ranking for each team (a non-rating is considered a low rating) is removed.
- Teams that receive only one point in the ballot are not considered “receiving votes”.
