2025 NAIA Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week - No. 2 (February 25)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Ellen Benintendi of SCAD Savannah (Ga.) has been named the NAIA Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, while Mia Bosah of Cumberlands (Ky.) was selected as the NAIA Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week. Players of the week are selected based on performances from February 17-23 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unafilliated group nominees.
Players of the Week are announced weekly on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram, and X/Twitter throughout the regular season.

NAIA Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week
Ellen Benintendi, SCAD Savannah (Ga.) - FR - Midfielder
- In the Bees one game last week against Lawrence Tech (Mich.), the freshman Benintendi had a big week picking up her first national player of the week award.
- She was locked in putting all six of her shots on goal and finding the back of the net on all six of those shots.
- She also notched a pair of assists, nine draw controls, and eight total points.
NAIA Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week
Mia Bosah, Cumberlands (Ky.) - SR - Goalkeeper
- Bosah was nearly untouchable between the pipes last week in her 90 minutes played.
- Against Warner (Fla.) she played 30 minutes not allowing any goals and making one save.
- Two days later, she was back between the sticks playing 60 minutes allowing six goals, and making 13 saves.
