Loreli Siegel of Benedictine (Kan.) Was a Goal Scoring Machine Last Week, Earning Her Offensive Player of the Week Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Lorelei Siegel of Benedictine (Kan.) had nothing but goals on her mind over three games last week. Concluding a three-game road trip, the sophomore scored double-digit goals on the week with 23 total points as she picked up NAIA Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week Honors.

The San Antonio, Texas native, opened the three-game road stretch against William Jewell, where she put five goals away and assisted on two more in the 18-10 victory. She also put 75% of her shots on frame in that game.

Over in STL against UHSP, Siegel had her best game of the week, recording 10 points with six goals and four assists, as her shot-on-goal percentage continued to climb, this time to 76.9%.

In the final game of the week, against Culver-Stockton (Mo.), the sophomore attacker continued to climb in shot-on-goal percentage, up to 83.3%, during which she found the back of the net six times.

Overall, Siegel accrued 17 total goals, six assists, 23 points, and finished the week with a 78.8 shot on goal percentage, helping the Ravens move to 3-0 in conference action. Siegel and company are back in action on April 4 when they welcome Missouri Baptist to Atchison, Kan., and Legacy Field for a 2 p.m. opening draw.
