NAIA Women?s Soccer Players of the Week ? No. 7 (Oct. 18)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Katie Reid of Martin Methodist (Tenn.) has been named the NAIA National Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Regan Troff of Davenport (Mich.) has been named the NAIA National Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, the national office announced Tuesday.

National Offensive Player of the Week               
Katie Reid, Martin Methodist (Tenn.)
5-7, Jr., F, Manchester, Tenn.

• In two top 10 matches this week, Reid recorded two goals and two assists, en route to six points.
• Reid scored the equalizer goal on Thursday against then-No. 7 Mobile (Ala.) and the game winning goal against then-No. 3 William Carey (Miss.) on Saturday.
• She has posted five goals and two assists, tallying 12 points on the season.

National Defensive Player of the Week
Regan Troff, Davenport (Mich.)
5-8, Fr., GK, Richland, Mich.

• In three matches, Troff recorded 16 saves, only surrendering one goal to No. 5 Northwestern Ohio.
• Posted a career-high nine saves in the upset of Northwestern Ohio.
• Posted back-to-back shutout victories, totaling seven for the season and a 0.38 goals against average -- currently best in Davenport’s school history.
