2025 NAIA Women's Swimming and Diving National Championship Recap - Day 3
Elkhart, Ind. – Keiser (Fla.) has tallied 434.5 points to extend their lead, while three meet records were broken on the third day of competition at the 2025 NAIA Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships Friday night at the Elkhart Aquatic Center.
- The Seahawks notched three wins and broke a pair of records on the night. Nikoline Biltoft-Jensen shattered the 100 breast meet record by over a second as she clocked a 1:00.13. Keiser had the top three finishers in the 100 fly, with Ines Laurent leading the charge with a time of 54.33.
- In the final event of the day, the 400 medley relay, Keiser’s Marine Lecomte, Biltoft-Jensen, Luiza Bersi, and Laurent teamed up to go 3:42.22, which broke the meet record.
- St. Thomas (Fla.) utilized a pair of top-three finishes on the day to remain in second place, 297.5 points.
- Cumberlands (Ky.) notched a trio of top-five finishes on the day to climb into third place with 253.5 points.
- Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) is in fourth place with 251 points after garnering a pair of national titles. Maaike Broersma clocked a 53.71 to defend her 100 back national title. Kirsten de Goede pulled away from the back to win the 200 free, touching the wall in 1:48.74.
- Katherine Dyer of The Masters (Calif.) opened the finals with a new meet record time of 4:21.33 to capture the 400 IM national title.
- SCAD Savannah (GA.) is edging out Bethel (Ind.) by a half point for fifth place, 170 to 169.5.
The NAIA Championship will continue Saturday, March 8, with the final day of competition. Prelims are slated to begin at 9 a.m. EST, and finals will start at 5 p.m. EST.
