KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Juliana Lopez Morales of Cumberlands (Ky.) has been named the NAIA Women's Swimmer of the Month. Swimmers/Divers are evaluated on their performance during the month before the announcement. Each swimmer/diver is selected out of a pool of nominees from around the country.

Players of the Month are announced monthly throughout the regular season on Fridays on naia.org, Instagram, and Twitter.

NAIA Women's Swimmer/Diver of the Month

Juliana Lopez Moralez, Cumberlands (Ky.) - FR

• Big debut for Juliana as a Patriot, winning five races and posting two of the top-five fastest times in the NAIA over the first month.
• Her time of 10:41.64 in the 1000 free not only is the fastest in the NAIA, but also snapped the Mid-South Conference Record.
• Closed out the first month in the pool with a provisional cut in the 200 free by over three seconds.
