Keiser's Violet Apisah Named NAIA Women’s Tennis Player of the Week After Reaching 200 Career Wins

KANSAS CITY, Mo.- For the third time this season, Violet Apisah of Keiser (Fla.) has been named NAIA Women’s Tennis Player of the Week after leading the Seahawks to three ranked victories while competing at No. 1 singles and doubles.

Apisah went a perfect 3-0 in singles, winning all matches in straight sets, including wins over Kristin Younes of Lynn, Karlie Scott Kersey of No. 25 Coastal Georgia, and Alessia Piccoliori of No. 7 SCAD (Ga.). She also posted a 3-0 record in doubles alongside her partner, Patricia Apisah, helping Keiser sweep all three contests.

The senior capped the week by reaching two major career milestones, surpassing the all-time singles wins record in Keiser history and eclipsing 200 career victories, adding another standout chapter to her stellar career.

Keiser women's tennis is 12-1 on the season and 4-1 in conference play.
