Providence (Mont.) Leads the Way in Pool F With a 3-0 Sweep

SIOUX CITY, Iowa [BOX SCORE | SCHEDULE] - In the 2025 NAIA Women's Volleyball National Championship, the Providence (Mont.) Argos secured a 3-0 (30-28, 25-20, 25,13) victory over the College of Idaho Yotes.

The Argos' balanced team effort was evident, with multiple players contributing on both the offensive and defensive ends. Bella Green led the team with 13 kills, while Sadie Giles and Kiyana Faupula added eight and five kills, respectively. 

On the defensive side for Providence, both Ellie Carlson and Kyra Saiers each recorded 17 digs. The Argos were also able to outblock the Yotes, recording 28 total block assists compared to their 10.

For the Yotes, Mia Hutchinson led with 10 kills, followed closely by Brooke Garman with nine. Kaydence Boyd led the backline with 12 digs.

 

With this win, Providence now sits at 33-2 overall and secures their seventh pool play victory in program history. 

Providence will have a rest day on Thursday before returning to action on Friday, 3:30 p.m. CT on court one, taking on Mount Vernon Nazarene (Ohio). The College of Idaho returns to action Thursday at 4:30 p.m. CT on court two, taking Mount Vernon Nazarene.
