As Vice President of Eligibility Services, Ellen provides strategic leadership for the NAIA Eligibility Center and InCred departments, advancing systems and strategies that strengthen collaboration, enhance operational effectiveness, and elevate service to NAIA members and student-athletes.
Since joining the NAIA in 2012 as a seasonal team member working with international students, Ellen has played a key role in the continued evolution of the eligibility center. She has served in multiple leadership capacities throughout her tenure, helping to shape operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and strengthen alignment across the organization. Ellen has also contributed to the NAIA through her work with conferences and national committees, supporting collaborative decision-making that serves member institutions and student-athletes.
A Kansas City native, Ellen earned her Bachelor of Arts from Knox College in Galesburg, IL, where she also worked in the athletics department. She is an active member of Women Leaders in Sports and has participated in a variety of professional development programs and committees, reflecting her ongoing commitment to leadership growth and the advancement of women in athletics.
