KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has renewed its partnership with TEL Education, naming the company the Trusted Service Provider for Courses on Demand of the NAIA.

The renewed partnership builds on a shared commitment to increase student success, improve retention, and expand access to flexible academic opportunities for student-athletes. Since 2023, more than 8,500 course enrollments have been completed through TEL Education’s Regionally Accredited University Courses on Demand program, helping student-athletes maintain eligibility, continue making progress toward graduation, and remain enrolled at their NAIA institutions.

“The NAIA has always placed a strong emphasis on developing the whole student-athlete, and we’re honored to continue supporting that mission,” said Fred Dohmann, CEO of TEL Education. “Over the past three years, this partnership has resulted in more than 8,500 course enrollments, helping student-athletes remain academically eligible while enabling NAIA institutions to retain students who might otherwise fall behind. Together, we’re expanding flexible academic pathways that support persistence, graduation, and long-term success.”

“At the NAIA, we’re committed to ensuring student-athletes have every opportunity to succeed academically and athletically, which makes our continued partnership with TEL Education a natural fit,” said Jim Carr, NAIA President and CEO. “TEL Education has been a trusted partner, helping student-athletes stay on track academically, maintain eligibility, and achieve success on and off the field.”

This partnership runs through June 2029.
