  • A new record was set
    • A new highest set score of 37-35 was played by William Penn (Iowa) vs St. Thomas (Fla.)
    • The previous record was set in 2023 where Georgetown won 35-33 over Saint Xavier (Ill.)
  • No match was won in three sets on Wednesday, while two of 18 sets push past the regulation 25 points. 
  • Pool C is the only pool that does not have a potential tiebreak scenario pending the results of the final day of pool play on Thursday.
    • Tiebreaks will be played on Friday morning. Times will be announced as tiebreaks are confirmed.
